By accessing or using the website located at sunroomsgainesville.com (the "Site") or by engaging PrimePath Gainesville Sunrooms ("we," "us," or "our") for contractor services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or engage our services.
PrimePath Gainesville Sunrooms is a sunroom contractor serving residential customers in Gainesville, FL and surrounding communities. Our services include sunroom additions, four season sunrooms, three season sunrooms, patio enclosures, custom sunrooms, screen room installation, solarium installation, and related design and construction services. The specific scope of services for each project is defined in a written contract or work order signed by both parties before any work begins.
All estimates are provided in writing following an on-site consultation. Estimates are based on the project scope discussed at the time of the visit and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
Final pricing is established in the signed project contract. Changes to the scope of work requested after contract execution may result in change orders that adjust the total project price. We will communicate any cost impact in writing before proceeding with scope changes.
Project start dates are estimated at the time of contract signing and may be subject to change due to permitting timelines, weather, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate schedule changes promptly.
Cancellation terms, including any applicable deposits or fees, are specified in your individual project contract. In general, deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or permit applications have been submitted. If you need to cancel or delay a project, contact us as early as possible so we can minimize any costs already incurred.
Payment schedules are outlined in your signed project contract. Typical payment structures include a deposit at contract signing, a progress payment at a defined construction milestone, and a final payment upon project completion and customer walkthrough.
Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the work and the customer's acceptance of the finished project. Overdue balances may be subject to late fees as specified in the project contract. We reserve the right to stop work on projects with overdue balances until payment is received.
We obtain all required building permits for projects in our service area and conduct work in compliance with applicable local building codes and Florida state construction standards. Permit fees are typically included in or itemized within the project contract. The customer is responsible for ensuring that any applicable homeowners association (HOA) approvals are obtained prior to permit submission unless the contract explicitly assigns that responsibility to us.
Any workmanship warranty provided is described in your signed project contract and applies to defects resulting directly from our installation or construction work. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by customer misuse, third-party modifications, extreme weather events, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from pre-existing conditions of the home not disclosed before work began.
Manufacturer warranties for materials, windows, and fixtures are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by each manufacturer's terms. We can provide documentation of applicable product warranties upon request.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
